December 31, every year millions of people sit down to make a list. Titled "resolutions" or "goals". The thought through there heads "this year is going to be better...." Sometimes we do amazing and when December 31 rolls around again you have a smile on your face looking back proudly at all you accomplished. Most of the time though we lose track of our goals. The daily routine and strains of life get in the way.
So today I am refocusing myself. My amazing roommate Krystina and I are down for the challenge.

Mind-Body-Spirit. 21 days straight (they say that is enough to break a habit)
Mind: -Sudoku Puzzles (BRAIN WORK OUT)
-Read -yay-
Body: -Gym everyday (except Sunday because the are closed..and day of rest)
-Eat healthy breakfast-lunch-dinner (with snacks in between)
Spirit: I recently bought a book entitled 21 days closer to Christ. Everyday Stina and I will read one chapter and do the journey challenge at the end. Our souls will be enlightened or so that's the plan.
